These Terms govern your use of MidCanvas, an AI-assisted image, video, and audio design studio operated by Jhome Automation. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be able to receive email at the address you register with to complete account verification.
Acceptable use
Don't use MidCanvas to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI generation providers.
Content ownership
You own the content you create using MidCanvas, subject to the rights of any third-party material you upload as a reference image or clip.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
